SudutBeritaNews, Samosir | Wakil Bupati Samosir Drs. Martua Sitanggang, MM melantik dan mengambil sumpah/janji sebanyak 213 Jabatan Kepala Sekolah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Samosir, bertempat di Halaman Kantor Bupati Samosir, Sabtu 26 Februari 2022
Dari 213 Jabatan Kepala Sekolah yang diambil sumpah/jabatan pada pelantikan ini, terdiri dari 25 Kepala Sekolah SMP, 187 Kepala Sekolah SD dan 1 Kepala Sekolah TK yang berada di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Samosir.

Wakil Bupati Samosir dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa pengakatan PNS untuk memangku jabatan Kepala Sekolah merupakan sebuah amanah dan kepercayaan yang diberikan pimpinan, oleh karena itu sangat diperlukan pengabdian, kejujuran, keikhlasan dan tanggung jawab yang sangat besar dalam melaksanakan tugas yang dibarengi dedikasi dan loyalitas yang tinggi.
“Sumpah janji yang telah saudara ucapkan mengandung keterkaitan dan keserasian dengan jabatan yang dipercayakan kepada saudara dalam melaksanakan tugas, fungsi dan tanggungjawab sebaga pelayan masyarakat untuk mewujukan Visi Kabupaten Samosir Tahun 2021-2026 yaitu ‘Terwujudnya masyarakat Samosir yang Sejahtera dan Bermartabat secara Ekonomi, Kesehatan dan Pendidikan” jelas Wakil Bupati.

Wakil Bupati juga mengingatkan para pejabat yang baru saja dilantik untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja dengan memanfaatkan waktu jam kerja yang berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, memperhatikan norma standar dan prosedur dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan tetap mempedomani aturan yang berlaku, menganalisa pekerjaan dan menciptakan kesamaan visi misi dan dinamika pola berpikir di lingkungan kerja dengan pengertian membangun dan memupuk kebersamaan persaudaraan dan menumbuhkan jiwa korps untuk mencapai tujuan sasaran yang diharapkan.
“Ini penting saya sampaikan, bahwa kepala sekolah itu bukan hanya pintar mengajar, kepala sekolah itu harus memiliki sifat manajerial dan kepemimpinan, bersinergitas dengan seluruh guru. Kepala sekolah perlu menilai kemampuan guru-guru agar bisa mengajar dengan baik, dan apabila ada keluhan dan informasi dari murid harus segera dievaluasi” ujar Wabup.

Wabup juga menyampaikan apabila kepala sekolah sudah melaksankan hal-hal yang beliau sampaikan, berarti kepala sekolah telah memiliki sifat manajerial yang baik dalam unit kerja masing-masing demi kualitas pendidikan anak-anak Kabupaten Samosir yang lebih baik.
“Akhirnya kepada bapak/ibu kepala sekolah yang baru saja dilantik, saya ucapkan selamat bertugas, semoga Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa memberikan berkat dan karunia-Nya kepada kita semua” tutup Wabup mengakhiri sambutannya.
